Availability and Design
All images shown on our site are
for illustrative purposes only. We will endeavour to provide each product as
described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the
manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this.
Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or
better quality.
Payments
We currently accept payments
through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and you can
use various payment methods as described in checkout.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email from
Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has
been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be
delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.
Gift Wrapping
All our Nappy Cakes and Gift Cakes will be wrapped in clear Cellophane then decorated with Organza Ribbon and a
Gift Tag for that finishing touch.
Packaging
All our items will be securely
packaged in bubble wrap and placed in cardboard boxes. Were possible we will use recycled packaging. This does not compromise
our quality but does help to keep costs down and is kinder to the environment!
Delivery
1. All our items will be
delivered via courier.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom with the exception of Highlands and
Islands of Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.
For delivery charges in these areas please call or
email us first with your specific requirements as charges for these areas are
significantly higher.
2. Delivery to an address
2.1 Parcelforce Worldwide undertakes to deliver to the address specified on the
Consignment or in the despatch documentation, not to a Recipient, except that
for International Deliveries in some countries delivery will be made to a local
post office or postal depot.
2.2 In respect of UK deliveries, if there is no-one present at the address then:
2.2.1 Parcelforce Worldwide may at its discretion attempt to deliver the
Consignment to an alternative address being either:
(i) a neighbouring address; or
(ii) a local Post Office branch, where it can be collected during the next 16
days; and
2.2.2 if the Consignment is delivered to an alternative address, a Customer
Contact Card will be left at the specified address which has been completed with
sufficient details to enable the Recipient to recover the Consignment; and
2.2.3 the Customer agrees that such delivery shall constitute delivery to the
address specified as the delivery address on the Consignment.
2.3 Parcelforce Worldwide does not undertake to intercept a Consignment in
transit before delivery has been attempted.
2.4 Parcelforce Worldwide shall not be liable in respect of any Consignment
delivered to the delivery address or other address specified by the Recipient,
where any person misrepresents his authority to receive the Consignment on the
Recipient’s or Customer’s behalf; or where Parcelforce Worldwide is delivering
it in accordance with instructions from, or purporting to be from the Recipient
or the Customer.
2.5 When delivering a Consignment, if the particular Service provides for it,
Parcelforce Worldwide will request the person who accepts delivery (not
necessarily the Recipient in person) to sign an acknowledgment of receipt, which
may include signature by electronic means.
2.6 Copies of the receipt referred to in 2.5 above, shall be available (subject
to data protection requirements) for a period of six months from the date of
delivery, upon payment of the relevant charges as published by Parcelforce
Worldwide from time to time at
www.parcelforce.com.
2.7 PO Box addresses are not acceptable as delivery addresses for any of the
Services, unless designated as such at
www.parcelforce.com
3. Products will be insured against loss or damage for the full value of each item. Items
will only be dispatched after payment clears*. We aim to dispatch all our items as quickly as possible, however,
to avoid disappointment please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
4. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or
problems with delivery as a result of an incorrect delivery address being
provided to us. Customers
are responsible for providing the
correct delivery address as any mistakes cannot be rectified once
the item has been dispatched.
5. We cannot be held responsible for any delays
incurred by our courier.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE
FOR EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT
HOLDERS
Please be aware that if there are insufficient
funds in your Paypal account and your payment is processed via your
bank / building society account, there may be a delay before this
payment clears. Consequently your order may be delayed by an
additional 7 to 10 days.
Refunds and Returns
We want to ensure you are happy
with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not we offer a full refund
(excluding postage and packaging) for any items provided they are returned to us
in their original condition and packaging. Please note you are responsible for
the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage
for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is
no proof of postage.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information you
provide to us will only be used by Sweet Baby Cakes to complete your order or to
contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your
details to any other third parties. We do reserve the right to publish any
feedback you provide to us but details which could personally identify you will
not be published. Please inform us you do not wish any feedback to be published
and we will respect your wishes.
